About The Grove
Founded in 1977 by David Sibbet, The Grove Consultants International helps leaders, their teams and their organizations organizations realize visionary futures.
We were among the first in the field of organization development to use visual techniques and tools in our work. With our roots in visual facilitation, over several decades we have broadened our offerings to include team effectiveness, strategic planning, organization change, and communication design. Not only do we guide our clients through immersive and interactive processes, we also teach our methods in our courses. We are a small, dedicated group of people with a broad reach due to the strength of our history and our many partner and associate relationships.
To further our mission of spreading our methodologies and tools worldwide, The Grove in 2014 split off its product fulfillment and distribution business into what is now called Grove Tools, Inc. Visit the online store for templates, publications and other tools.
In 2017 The Grove launched the Global Learning & Exchange Network (GLEN), a learning network focused on evolving the methods and practices of collaboration to face the big problems of our time. Learn about this membership network.
