Join Grove Senior Consultant Joran Oppelt in this workshop that helps managers and team leaders navigate the tension between immediate performance demands and the deeper, human work of team development.

He has helped enterprise clients shape strategy in the technology, sport, healthcare and finance industries.
He is a master facilitator who has helped shape strategies in technology, finance, software, sport and healthcare. He holds certifications in coaching, design thinking and virtual facilitation.
