The Model
Provide a Common Language
The Drexler/Sibbet Team Performance Model® illustrates the necessary stages involved in both creating and sustaining high-performance teams. Keys to each stage provide guidance for what to work on to improve.
The Survey
Assess Strengths & Gaps
The Team Performance Survey includes statements keyed to the Model stages, and a visual report that makes identification of strengths and gaps easy. Descriptions of Model stages and keys supports the adoption of a common team language.

Workshops
Attend a public workshop or have us conduct a workshop within your organization, virtually or in person. Participants will learn essential team practices and visual tools and be certified to administer the Survey. We can also train your internal human-resource or learning-and-development staff to conduct the workshop on our behalf.
