“Reflecting on this workshop, I am most impressed by how impactful the tools we are learning can be for the wide variety of companies and backgrounds we come from. Personally, going forward, I will always pull up The Grove Facilitation Model when preparing to facilitate meetings to ensure that my meeting is effective from beginning to end and will use the ‘Decision Funnel’ to make decisions in a group.”
