How does your organization plan for the year when the world is so unpredictable? What works best in times of uncertainty is to have a “North Star” vision that guides your team and connects to your organization’s strategic priorities. The Grove Strategic Visioning™ Process allows you to bring together the best thinking of your organization, department or team to align on what you need to do to restart, grow and thrive. The process is distinctive in using visual templates, called Graphic Guides®, to support focused conversations about an organization’s environment, current situation, vision of a desired future state and action plans for implementing a strategic vision.
This workshop embodies the latest Grove practices regarding online group facilitation and its unique challenges. Our most senior consultants guide you through this virtual process so that you leave ready to lead Strategic Visioning sessions of your own.
