Gisela Wendling supports senior leaders across sectors in engaging complexity, transition, and transformation as opportunities for personal and professional growth. As an experienced consultant, leadership coach, and trauma-sensitive practitioner, she brings a whole-person approach that is grounded, practical, and deeply attuned to the inner life of leadership and a rare transcultural depth.

Gisela helps leaders deepen self-awareness, expand relational capacity, and lead change with clarity and compassion. Her work is shaped by decades of experience across diverse systems, and by her research and writing on the deeper dynamics of transformational change.

David Sibbet

Founder of The Grove and is a visionary, artist and master facilitator focusing of coaching for creativity.

David Sibbet has been an organizational consultant and information designer since 1977. He is the author of John Wiley & Sons’ four-volume Visual Facilitation Series and many of The Grove’s leading-edge group-process tools and models for facilitation, team leadership and organizational transformation.

He is a master facilitator of large-scale group processes, strategic visioning and creative, future-oriented symposia. He frequently lends his coaching and design expertise to Grove project teams.He holds a master's degree from Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University and a B.A. in literature from Occidental College.

Joran Slane Oppelt

Senior Consultant of The Grove with decades of experience in strategic visioning, team development and coaching.

Joran Oppelt supports teams in achieving alignment, drawing on two decades of experience in visual consulting, strategic visioning, graphic facilitation, executive coaching and team development. He has helped enterprise clients shape strategy in the technology, sport, healthcare and finance industries.

He is a master facilitator who has helped shape strategies in technology, finance, software, sport and healthcare and holds certifications in coaching, design thinking and virtual facilitation. He is the author of Facilitation: A Human-Centered Guide to the Art of Collaboration, Visionary Leadership, and The Visual Meetings Field Guide.

Sarah is a systems change leader who guides individuals and organizations through major seismic shifts. She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach, Certified Forest Therapy Guide, and With Life Fellow in regenerative design. She has designed and delivered award-winning leadership development programs for NASA and led a global executive coaching program for Accenture.

For over 20 years, she has provided a calm presence to leaders navigating high-pressure situations from rocket launches to global acquisitions, emphasizing regenerative practices that promote both human and planetary well-being.

Her work is informed by a master’s degree in psychology and organizational development, post-graduate training in evidence-based coaching, and certifications in multiple leadership assessments, including Hogan, EQi 2.0, and MBTI.
