About David
After years of having facilitated an enormous range of visioning and change processes worldwide, I'm returning, as a coach, to apply my organizational consulting, leadership, and facilitation experience in support of other leaders, consultants and artists. I know the creative territory intimately. I grew my own consulting and publishing business beginning in 1977 and have been a founder and leader of several successful arts non-profit organizations. But my coaching goal is not to teach you my way, but use our coaching conversations to connect you with your own knowing and expressive capability.
I understand what it takes to make personal change. I am an avid explorer of my own development through long experience with vision questing, in-depth therapy, journaling, active imagination, cohort-based dialogue groups, poetry, and music. I also had a wonderful coach support me in writing my first widely published books and am now becoming certified in Jungian Deep Coaching methods that seek to integrate spirit, heart, mind and body. I know how powerful it is to be seen and encouraged.
Helping others find their own source and creativity is my passion. I am as fluid with drawing as with writing, so expect that these would be applied in service of facilitating you to connect with your own inner wisdom, creativity, leadership, and vision.
The video above introduces you to me. I believe that all people have a source of inner wisdom, creativity, and life direction that can be witnessed and encouraged. Finding this source center is one of the most energizing and stabilizing adventures you can take. In my coaching I focus fully on supporting you in determining specific goals and working with the challenges that keep you from achieving them.
