Workshop: Facilitating Virtual Collaboration

The Grove’s Facilitating Virtual Collaboration workshop provides a treasure chest of best practices and tools for successful remote work. You will tackle the unique challenges that come with virtual facilitation and learn how to run distraction-resistant, productive and visually engaging online meetings. This hands-on workshop provides you with what you need to transfer your face-to-face facilitation skills to remote settings.

You will work with our seasoned workshop leaders who bring years of field experience facilitating virtual and visual meetings. Watch behind-the-scenes and learn how they solve real-time challenges, plan effective co-facilitation, and navigate the inevitable technology glitches that arise in remote work.
